Custom Tube Rolled & Welded Cones
Western Saw Inc. was contracted by a local sheet metal fabricator to produce several short-run lots of roll-formed and welded steel cones. Western Saw's in-house engineering department produced flat and nested patterns for CO₂ laser cutting services. The flat parts were then roll-formed using Western Saw's CNC 3-roll machine and TIG seam welded closed.
