Intricate Laser Cutting Services

Established in 1930, Western Saw Inc. has become a byword for quality, customer service, and precision laser cutting services. Our reputation is built on applying cutting edge technology to provide customers with the highest quality and flexibility possible. Being at the fore front of emerging cutting technologies also allows us to provide innovative solutions to complex project requirements.

Our laser cutting services exemplify this culture with high accuracy cutting even on the hardest of engineered materials. We utilize state-of-the-art CO2 lasers that feature flying optics, 2000W to 2500W of power, and 2- and 4-axis rotary setups. This capability can deliver cutting tolerances to ±0.001" on ferrous and non-ferrous metals including steel, aluminum, Inconel, Monel, stainless steel, in heavy plate and pipe. The same precision can be applied to non-metals such as acrylics, ceramics, paper, paperboard, plastics, rubber, and wood. This precision process can accommodate work pieces up to 60" in width, 60" in diameter, and up to 120" in length.

These services are backed up by a comprehensive quality program that includes analysis, inspection, quality testing, and complete documentation, verifying compliance with various Mil-Spec, ANSI, ISO, and AWS standards. We also provide design and engineering consultation as well as assembly, and logistical support such as warehousing and distribution.

From specialty and prototype to small and large volume orders, we can provide lead times averaging at one to two weeks with rush service available.
