Tolerances to ±0.0005" can be achieved on various alloys, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Kovar, titanium, brass, copper, precious metals, and exotics. Precision turning can accommodate work pieces up to 25.5" in diameter and 44" in length; and a working envelope for milling of up to 72" in length, 60" in width, and 8" in height.
Machining is carried out on advanced vertical and horizontal machining centers, gantry routers, with features such as 3 and 5 axis, live tooling, CNC capabilities, bar feed, all with in-house fabrication of tooling and fixturing. From milling, drilling, boring, tapping, knurling, reaming, turning, and threading, to broaching, pocketing, counterboring and facing, we provide precision machining backed up by a staff of highly experienced machinists. We also provide prototyping services, custom fabrication, engineering assistance, as well as assembly and delivery services.
