We provide CNC roll bending and planishing which is ideal for use on tube composed of carbon, alloy, or stainless steel to form round, elliptical, or conical cross sections. These processes can produce a maximum bend radius of 5" on work pieces of 6.5" to 96" in diameters and continuous length of up to 82".
As a full service provider, Western Saw also provides FEA, tolerance and hardness verification, quality assurance, design, engineering, warehousing, and other logistical support. This comprehensive array of services makes us a one-stop-shop for all your fabrication and product delivery needs. We are geared for small to large volume orders as well as one-off and prototype work. Standard lead times are one to two weeks; however, rush services are also available.
