Custom Manufacturing of Steel Parts Using Rotary Positioner and MIG Welding
Western Saw Inc. has an on-going contract with a local supplier of aftermarket motorcycle transmissions for final assembly of a two-part clutch hub. Utilizing a foot-operated rotary positioner and an in-house fabricated fixture, Western Saw's experienced welders produce finished hubs in 200 to 300 piece lots with no further operations required.
